No good serviceIt is too easy the dark colour, but for blonde colours you do not want send to me and tell me that I must go to a hairdresser. Just like drugstore coloursVery unhappy with product, I started with a light brassy blonde going to meduim blonde and specifically noted avoid brassiness in clour and my hair looks identical to what i started with. Wrong colorI originally ordered a copper color. It came out more brownish then reddish as in picture! I reordered with the color suggest and got a dark brown instead of a reddish/copper! dissapointedI realized that I needed med brown and requested to change color from light golden brown to med brown. I have silver and I wanted to cover the grey. you sent me the same Light golden brown. I try communicating with the company and still received the same color. DONE. Just so-so.This color does not seem significantly better than regular boxed home hair dye I have used in the past. I purchased the highlights kit and can't even tell I used it. Severe Chemical BurnsDidn't use right away, waited til my hair needed coloring, which means I still have 2 unopened shipments. Unfortunately I loved this color, but got severe chemical burns from it. I tried to make arrangements to return my other unopened shipments, but was told they are not eligible, even though I got a severe reaction from it. Half in love.I really do like the simplicity of this process and how I was able to apply myself. I am in love with the color chosen for me but I have one big problem with the results- my grays are still gray! I applied on them first, per the instructions. I don't have many but the placement of the ones I do have are visable with my hair up or down. One of the main reasons I wanted to change things up was to cover the grays.
