Love the productsLove the products. Only thing I didn't like is that I haven't got to the intense red that I'm really looking for. Sent pics in made the adjustments with the team. Will try again this go around.. More brassy color than I want. I want real bright intense red. It's more of a Dr pepper color. Not satisfied at allHey, the color for my roots should be a brownish red but my roots that are white turned yellow. My hair dried out n feel like straw, I’m using olive oil to hydrate. ColorI changed my color last month and y'all sent the exact same color that I've had twice and I do not like that color and I've called you change it and it still doesn't get change so. My hair feels disgustingThe dye is gross feeling, it took 40 minutes of washing to feel even slightly normal again. I had to put my hair in a ponytail because it feels heavy and dead. I color my hair at home every 4 - 6 weeks and have tried multiple brands- this is bar far the worst.
