No good serviceIt is too easy the dark colour, but for blonde colours you do not want send to me and tell me that I must go to a hairdresser. Just like drugstore coloursVery unhappy with product, I started with a light brassy blonde going to meduim blonde and specifically noted avoid brassiness in clour and my hair looks identical to what i started with. Wrong colorI originally ordered a copper color. It came out more brownish then reddish as in picture! I reordered with the color suggest and got a dark brown instead of a reddish/copper! dissapointedI realized that I needed med brown and requested to change color from light golden brown to med brown. I have silver and I wanted to cover the grey. you sent me the same Light golden brown. I try communicating with the company and still received the same color. DONE.
