Why did product change??I’ve been a customer for 9 mos. Loved it up until the last two colors. The first time, it was very difficult to wash out of hair. Felt like a handful of Vaseline was left on my scalp and hair. Rinsed and rinsed but had same feeling. About two weeks passed when hair finally felt normal again. The next coloring, I dreaded because of the gummy Vaseline feeling. I made sure to follow directions exactly thinking I had done a step wrong. I had no issues with coloring the first six mos. Same results on this coloring also. Tried different shampoos and was trying to rinse out the feeling for 30 mins. That feeling was still there. I have put off doing the next coloring as it’s just the worst feeling to have in your hair. I did call Cust Svc and they were nice and said to add baking soda when rinsing. I will do this color one more time and add the baking soda. Pretty sure I’m canceling my membership :| I love the color but that feeling!!!! Doesn’t cover my graysFollowed the directions and my grays are just tinted. I thought I wasn’t supposed to pay for it if I was unsatisfied. After discussing issues with my colorist, I ordered 2 more times (none free) and still didn’t get the desired results. No money back or anything. I loved the whole presentation of the product..classy...but..Instead of waiting for my confirmation answer...they sent me the product...it did not give me the all over color I desired...or much gray coverage. Never lost so much hair...Positive: The final result is good, good gray coverage. Negative: I didn’t find easy to apply in the back of my head. The product irritated my eyes when I was blending the color, I had to skip this step because the smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
