If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Great packaging, great instructions, poor follow up supportI received my first shipment from esalon and after following the instructions, the color I got was not a good fit for me at all. While I've been trying to get the next shipment updated to a new color, I am receiving canned email responses that indicate to me that my next color update is definitely not being "tailored to me." For example, I received a generic canned email about doing a strand test after I had sent an image showing how the color looked on me (and to show I'd been using the tinted rinse and that it hadn't worked that well). Do not sign upI do not like any of the color and I always had long hair and they don't sent enough color also I have been trying for 5 months to cancel my account and the don't give you that Option. I have been skipping the order every month and the still have billed me and not sent the stuff. I have called them and no answer about 10 time also email them 10 time a month no one emailed me back I have tried to delete my credit card information and my information. But it will not let me unless I put another card I and and they're not giving you a choice once you sign up for it you get one on mackley every month they take it out of your card But whether you get in and not they donot tell you all this when you sign up I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy it does not cover the Gray it does not work well is cheaper to go to a salon at least I know it's gonna work or to go to the store and buy the best brand they have because even buying 2 boxes for long hair it cheaper and works better and when you want to change the color you can with out any problem. I told them about 3 time I want to change my color and they do nothing like I never sent any thing about it I never been able to use it and it cover my gray for more than a week. I bet they don't put this on the review because they don't want people to know the truth that they will steal your money and there product are no good 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
