DarkerI asked for a light brown color & somehow I ended up with close to jet black hair. Not sure how I’ll be able to go back to a lighter color without damaging my hair. Also when I washed my hair I noticed a lot of hair started to fall, the chemicals they sent smelled super strong, had to go outside in 20 degree weather because the smell was making me nauseous. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. RootsI just did my hair maybe 2 weeks ago, maybe even less and my roots are gray already. I don't know what is going on lately but I might as well go pay $10 at a beauty store instead of $27 @ month. Was darker than the picture i selectedI selected a color that had more red and gold tones to it but what i received was a more dark brown with a little red in it. So my hair didn't lighten nor did the dark color show up on my hair I feel i have wasted my money. Beware, horrible productI will not ever use this product again, nor can I recommend it. My hair has been damaged and was orange and falling out. This is not the first time I have colored my hair, I have been doing color on my hair for 30 plus years and this by far is the worst product. I had to have color correction done and now I’m working with my stylist to get my hair healthy again.
