UpsetI accidentally ordered just a root touch up. I called 2 days later and spoke to two different people. They said they would send me another bottle with my order since it hasn’t shipped out. Color Didn't Match-- Would not recommend this product based on the experienceThe color provided didn't match my hair and turned it red. I emailed eSalon regarding this and was informed it would never match because I have highlights. eSalon should screen those potential customers to give them warning of this. The team member then said he would ship an ash to me to take the red out and cancel my subscription. It never came. Washed out in a weekThe dye did not last, gray was showing in a week. Giving it one more try. 1st time userI was so excited when my kit arrived. I got my daughter to do it for me incase I missed anywhere. Unfortunately the brown was too dark. DisappointedQuite frankly I did not care for this product at all. It smelled intensely of ammonia, mixing two separate bottles seemed unnecessarily complicated, and my hair is dry and strangely fuzzy in the root area. While the coverage and color is decent, I expected something that left my hair feeling healthier than when I started. However the opposite is true. Ruined my hairThis is perfect if you want you hair to become a dry, horrible mess. Before using this my hair was strong, gloss and in excellent condition.
