DO NOT recommend at allThe first color I received was OK. I provided my feedback to lighten the color thinking it is a learning curve. I got confirmation that the color was changed. Perfect color matchMy colorist matches my color perfectly. I originally came up with golden blonde when taking the quiz but sent a color and my colorist changed it to light blond and it was perfect. The only reason I gave it a three is because my grays are showing after three weeks of me applying the color and my roots are just starting to grow a little so they color faded on my grays. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. too dark but very healthy hairmy byline I think says it all - it's a color system that I required assistance with but that was fine and my hair feels very healthy -very nice finish and shine. GoneI love my color. It is stunning and I am very pleased with one exception......it’s GONE! I put it on on May 18 and I am back to my pre- application color. I only shampoo twice a week with Framesi Color Lover shampoo and conditioner, and I cover my hair when outside. I am hopeful that this can be remedied with the tint rinse I ordered with my next order. Missing productsI did not receive everything I ordered and paid for. I was missing the second set of gloves, and also the shampoo and conditioner. This hasn’t happened before so not sure why it happened now. Hopefully this doesn’t occur again in the future. I did receive a sample of another product that was sent in the box and it said it was for dry hair, which I do not have. I ended up using it because I didn’t get the kit, needless to say it left my hair dry and frizzy after my color.
