Not even close to the right colourI was really excited to try this service and ordered a lovely copper Auburn colour,very similar to my childhood colour. I sent photos of my current hair colour and of exactly what I wanted. What I got was nowhere near. It's not even close. It's about 3 shades to dark at least and isn't even the right tone. I'm so so disappointed. My hair is also SO dry that I am going to have to pay a salon when I can to get it fixed. I will definitely not be recommending this to my groups. My long hair is totally ruined and I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company for the last 4 days. They are not replying to any of my messages 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Though it was good at firstI thought this was good at first I have a lot of grey and white roots and at first I thought this covered well. Unfortunately the colour is fading at a fast rate. ColorI’m canceling my subscription because I don’t like the color. When the first order came I didn’t have time to use it before the next one came so I didn’t know the color was wrong. Not the color i asked 4I ordered the initial package asking for a dark Auburn got brown then theymade me wait a month to resend the color I asked for I even dowlloaded a picture and sent it to them of the color i wanted and still way off.
