Ugh1st order was good. 2nd order there was not enough to cover all my roots, plus I had changed the color but they still only sent me a root covering kit PLUS there were grays showing not just at my roots but it had washed out of my long grays, so there was no way to cover those. disappointedThe color did not cover gray, it lasted maybe three weeks and the gray was showing through. I ordered dark blond (neutral) but it is warm golden blond too light for my roots. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

wrong color/didnt likeThe color I ordered had an obvious red toned color (was called dark blonde copper) That name not only makes me believe it would have a red tone to it, the photo of the color shown showed red tone. However, the color I received had NO red in the formula at all. I had ordered this same dark blonde copper color formula in the past and was able to research it and found that all three times I had ordered this color from a now unused email, each formula had red in it. When I got this most recent color formula, no red at all listed in the pie graph and it turned out a bland mousey brown that I do not care for at all. I WANTED A RED TONE, thats why I chose that color. This last order was a remake of a previous order that again was not even the color I asked for to begin with therefore I was sent this latest color free to make up for the previous one sent....that one wasn't even the color name I request. doesn't lastI have ALOT of gray/white hair at the front of my head and I was excited to try this product and was impressed with the way the products were labeled used and explained. I followed the directions and was at first very happy with the results. but after about a week week.and a half my grays started coming back I was annoyed by this because I expected it to last longer but it didn't last any longer then the drug store versions.
