Didn't cover white hairsI was disappointed in my color this time. I left the product on for even longer than the recommended 15 minutes after applied, and at my temples where I actually have white hairs that is why I am coloring at all, it did not cover the white/grey. HAIR BREAKING OFF!!!My greys were not covered and my hair felt unusually coarse as I washed the dye out right after processing. Huge disappointment. Easy to useAlthough the instructions are very easy to read and I was able to follow to the letter unfortunately it didn’t cover the grey as well as I had hoped. The colour however was perfect. Just OK.This color (dark blonde ash) was just OK. There were two main problems with it: 1. A bit darker than expected. It was meant to be dark blonde but there’s no blonde in this color..it’s definitely light brown. 2. SO. BRASSY. I’ve never experienced brass like this with blonde hair or brown hair, especially not on the day I colored it. The color would be fine if it wasn’t so brassy right out of the bottle. The stylist advised that this is because I chose an ash tone and that the neutral tone would work better. They said a purple shampoo would help slightly, so we’ll see how that works but I’m not too optimistic. I was also a bit disappointed that they didn’t reach our to confirm the color before shipping..it may have avoided these 2 issues. I was hoping to be able to transition to at home coloring but I don’t see that happening unfortunately. Leakage - Shampoo & ConditionerI opened the package and there was Shampoo & Conditioner on the out side of the container.. leakage.. one more question about color set. 1st order i received 2 developer with 2 colors for the root & the end. but 2nd order i revceived 1 color with 1 developer with 35 mins. Not close to the desired colorI was quite excited to try this out. I picked Darkest Brown Intense Pearl. My few gray hairs are almost covered but the color is about the same as my natural, though you might catch a touch of auburn now. No violet undertones at all. Dark blonde color, just made my hair darker....I ordered a dark blonde....my roots are my natural brown color and my ends are already a dark blonde.
