GoneI love my color. It is stunning and I am very pleased with one exception......it’s GONE! I put it on on May 18 and I am back to my pre- application color. I only shampoo twice a week with Framesi Color Lover shampoo and conditioner, and I cover my hair when outside. I am hopeful that this can be remedied with the tint rinse I ordered with my next order. Missing productsI did not receive everything I ordered and paid for. I was missing the second set of gloves, and also the shampoo and conditioner. This hasn’t happened before so not sure why it happened now. Hopefully this doesn’t occur again in the future. I did receive a sample of another product that was sent in the box and it said it was for dry hair, which I do not have. I ended up using it because I didn’t get the kit, needless to say it left my hair dry and frizzy after my color. Mistake in my orderI received an all over color with my root set that I didn't order. At first I thought that was so great of eSalon to include something extra for no charge and I still think that IF they put more thought into it. It was too dark and turned all of my hair brown and I'm a blond. The only reason I used it is because I trusted eSalon and assumed it was the right thing for my hair since they included it with my set. I can't wait to get my color done at a salon so I can get rid of this brown.
