Rich package, poor productI was so anxious to see the amazing results using two different shades on my hair, one for the roots and one for the length, that I got extremely excited to open the beautiful package when it arrived in my house. I used it while recording a video to post online, so sure it’d work! Poor me. I’ve ended up with an orange root and a red hair. It didn’t color my whites (and a have just a few of them here and there), and it has left my hair heavy and dry for a few days. Really disappointed. I really wanted this to have worked out, but it was a complete disaster! Not 100% happyUnderneath is a different colour and the top of my head is still grey but lighter. The photos I uploaded look like I'm blonde but I'm grey as most of my hair now is grey except underneath. I didn't need a refresh as I had virtually no colour in my hair except for underneath and a few strands. I hope it works next time as I will cancel if not. I had high hopes for esalon. AwfulI have used esalon in years past and I used to love it. However starting up again last month using the product, it’s awful, I followed directions exactly and yet after I washed my hair Thoroughly there were still black patches all over my scalp and when I touched my head I had black all over my fingers it was awful. As I said I use this product in years past and never had an issue like this I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula but it was awful and I will never try it again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not good for gray hairsI asked for dark brown with copper color to do an ombre. The combination worked but unfortunately my gray hairs did not take the colors both dark brown and copper. So it does look odd when I pull my hair up in a pony tail. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
