Mixed ReviewI was very happy with color, process and customer service in the beginning. The color just doesn’t last. I read many complaint reviews about this and thought it was because their hair just grew faster than they thought but now I have to say, they are correct that it is the color application unfortunately. Color is blahThe first time I tried this color, I didn't like it and said I wanted more red. The color was changed but still no red. disaster!First kit was fine auburn, the next kit my hair became almost black, not what I wanted at all! Two months later I am still trying to get my hair color back to where I want it to be...refund was issued not a problem but I spent the extra money to get a great product. My adjusted colorI feel like my hair color adjustment didnt make much of a difference then when I dyed my hair the first purchase. I do see a little bit of color on my roots but not so much on my ends. Not sure why 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

DisappointedI was under the impression, Esalon color was supposed to be equal to salon color.....it isn't. My roots, when using box color, turn an ugly blondish red, the salon colorist explained why, it has to do with the developer box color uses, opposed to what salons use, when I get my hair colored at the salon, its all one color, no ugly blonde red roots. I used the eSalon today, with high hopes, to my dismay......ugly blonde red roots, so now my hair is two colors. Plus, its such a hassle to get into the shower to finish up, you can't pour the water over your hair, with your head tilted back, don't tilt far enough, you end up pouring it down your face, tilt too far back, the water doesn't pour down your hair, it pours directly onto the shower floor. You're supposed to use plastic clips to hold the sections of hair, the clips are not included, something you don't know when you buy, but you need them, so, you have to go try and find some. I canceled the auto ship before I even used the product, for other reasons, but, I would have anyway, after having used it. Editing previous review.......after less than 2 weeks of using this product, I'm already seeing a lot of grey coming back and, my hair looks ugly and faded. There's supposed to be a 100% satisfaction guarantee, isn't there? I'm not even 50% satisfied. Do I get my money back?? 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
