5 tries and still no satisfying resultThe color was supposed to neutralize the brassy orange in my hair and what did it do? It turned my roots orange! Again! The only part of my hair that had a nice neutral brown color. This was the fifth try!! After every try they supposedly changed the color, I explained again what I wanted, showed pictures, everything possible. The service is great, but the color is not. Not effective coverage over grays.Followed instructions to a T, left color on 35min, and the greys are showing through. Used medium brown. Been successfully coloring my roots for years. The stain remover does not work on skin, but does work on countertop. I will say packaging is lovely but who cares if product doesn't work. User reviewThe product was okay and will probably give a better result if I am a professional. I had a hard time working on the actual coloring of the strands, separating sections and subsections. Using the brush to color, and keeping the sections away from each other is harder than I thought. By the time I finished coloring, my arms are so tired from being raised for so long. I also do not know how the hair on the back side of my head came out. I could still see some grays even thought I followed the time required to leave it.
