I tried but not thrilledI tried product twice. Second time was for free since I was not happy first time. Unfortunately, my grays are hard to cover and this product just didn’t cover very well at all. Also as it fades it has a reddish hue which I do not like. I feel it dried out my hair. Deceive and IgnoredI had asked for my color to be lighter then it pervious orders and to add more copper. What was wrong with the new order was I was only sent a roots refresher. How is only doing my roots going to lighten the color of my hair!? Instead it DARKENED my hair after following the instructions precisely. Second when I contacted customer service the response was rather rude and ignored what I said... Ignored and deceived, not how a customer should feel...... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Colour didn't lastI was super pleased for the first week, but after using a sulphate free colour shampoo and conditioner twice (that I have always used and has maintained my colour well) the colour on my roots has washed out. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not impressedTried this product twice and both times the color was not what I wanted nor did it cover the gray hairs. I wanted more cool tones and was specific that I did not want any tones of red or warmth, ...which is exactly what I got and no gray coverage. Called immediately (Sent pictures both times btw) and they added a neautralizer and said it would help cover the gray, but might be a little darker at first. Tried it again, and again a reddish, brassy (Warmer tone) not darker, just brassy. Also, hardly any gray coverage. ESalon 2020 ReviewI did like the color very much, but without a brush to properly apply the color, I was at a loss. The items in the entire box was comprehensive and the quality of color was superb. Longest wait time....I was billed for my order on June 8, 2020 and today is June 23rd and have not received my shipment. This is frustrating as there is no "contact button" for E-salon so they can check into it. Tracking says that I've received it twice. Need to figure something else out.
