I do not like the shampoo and conditioner you sentHi I really don't like the idea that you substituted the usual shampoo and conditioner for Altera Caviar shampoo and conditioner samples. First off, they are half the size of your usual shampoo and conditioner. If you want to include a free sample, that is up to your marketing dept., but don't substitute it for what the customer expects to get . It's just not the right way to market something new. DID NOT MATCH MY COLORI do not want any more of your hair color. It did not match so I want you to cancel my shipments. I am disappointed that you do not give me the right to cancel any further shipments without going through all of this trouble. You need to add a place to CANCEL. Downward Spiral into the Pit of DisappointmentNo shampoo. No conditioner. "Samples" of Alterna Caviar were empty, sealed packets of air. What. A. Messy. Experience. This used to be a good product. Not sure what happened this time but not too happyI just got my second color done and I’m disappointed. I requested better coverage, which appears to be there but my hair was left like straw!! I have never had a color dry my hair this way. I also lost huge chunks of hair!! I don’t know if they used a different brand of color or what, but the soft shiny hair that I got the first time went the complete opposite this time. Reasonable hair colourFirst parcel arrived after 3 weeks, packaging was damaged and hair dye was everywhere. Got replacement about week or so later. Colour was too dark. It has since been adjusted and I find it still too dark. I personally don’t notice much difference between a shop bought hair dye and this and there is a fair difference in price.
