not happyI got an email saying the stylist was changing the color I selected because it was too dark. I chose the lightest medium brown option I was given online. I used the color this morning, and my hair is nearly black. I am so disappointed. A few quirksI had spoken to a colorist and I told her I wanted my hair to be a deeper red with a touch of brown. I got the opposite. I'm okay with the color but would have liked a deeper red color. Also I thought I was supposed to get a shampoo and conditioner with the set and I didn't get that either. Not happy with newest color setThis newest color set had a new shampoo and conditioner that had too strong of a fragrance and didn't seem to make my hair feel as soft as the previous shampoo and conditioner. This set also seemed to have less color and only had 1 set of gloves in it, when it normally has two. Also the last 2 times I have used the coloring, it is not covering the grey at the temples and widows peak even though I am putting color there first and leaving it on for 20 minutes before starting the rest of the coloring. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
