OK, not great.I was excited to try this but I am pretty disappointed. First I called customer service about my order because it looked like it was just sitting at USPS and the person who answered was just plain rude, no other way to put it. I did get my colour a few days later and tried it last night. Overall it was easy to use and the instructions are well written. Here is what is not good- 1. This is most definitely not made for long-haired ladies. There was nowhere near enough colour to cover my hair and I can see where I ran out. So if you have long, thick hair, beware, you will not get enough product. 2. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the box. Not a big deal, I used my own, but don't advertise it if you don't plan on putting it in the box. 3. The ammonia smell is pretty bad. Be prepared to wait weeks for deliveryThe product leaves your hair feeling great. The color is pretty good at first, but quickly fades and the grey coverage is not the best. The main reason why I canceled after only a few months was it took over 2 weeks to receive my color every time! It would list that the product shipped on my order date, but the method they use is not reliable. The last time, it "shipped" on June 10th and as of today, June 25th, I have yet to receive my color. I wanted to give another tryI really wanted to like this company but after trying the product again I was really let down. I put in the notes the color I wanted to achieve and the stylist didn't even read them and somehow I ended up with a way darker color. Even after reading the instructions twice. Shipping is so slow and my happy dyeing kit didn't even come with any shampoo or conditioner which was strange cause my first one did. No matchI sent a picture of the color I once had. The change I requested to the formula was way off. Needed a lot more red and less blond. I did say add a small amount of red and I am sure that is what was followed instead of the photo. We will get it next time. No big deal.
