During COVIDAll bad at home a disaster. Granted your site trying best. I asked for lighter but got darker. I asked for lighter. In the kit I got 3 gloves...? . The actual kit ok..just the color. My roots growing out lighter. No greys. And then trying to charge me again. NO WAY I talked with a colorist took pics of myself...asked for a shade lighter. A previous dye 4 months out not mine. I just wanted lighter like mine. Ok, I could have stripped the previous color but, growing out a short bob no issue. Got the shipment used as described. No change...actually darker. Texture the same. You lost my business over a brushI didn't know that you had to keep the brush from the first order. When I called to inquire, esalon said they would be happy to send me one with my next order.
