didn't cover my grays on toproots colored but rest of hair did not take the 2nd bottle for some reason. the bottle for the roots looked more purple than the other bottle. Hair color to darkThis is the third box of color I have received. I was thrilled with how my color turned out with shipment #2. Tonight I died my hair with my latest shipment and my hair is almost black. Way to dark. I am so disappointed and upset with how it looks. Not for me!Despite trying to contact my estylist to say that I wasn’t happy with the colour I am yet to get a reply by email. I also sent a DM by Instagram and again no reply. I have cancelled my subscription to get an email to say my next colour is on the way. This concerns me as having worked in the customer service sector for nearly 20 years I know that communication is vital in providing good customer service. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. During COVIDAll bad at home a disaster. Granted your site trying best. I asked for lighter but got darker. I asked for lighter. In the kit I got 3 gloves...? . The actual kit ok..just the color. My roots growing out lighter. No greys. And then trying to charge me again. NO WAY I talked with a colorist took pics of myself...asked for a shade lighter. A previous dye 4 months out not mine. I just wanted lighter like mine. Ok, I could have stripped the previous color but, growing out a short bob no issue. Got the shipment used as described. No change...actually darker. Texture the same.
