Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed! Shipping a ProblemColor never arrived. Called customer Service and order was resent. Order still has not arrived. Replacement color shipped 1st class USPS..... still waiting. Priority mail ,UPS or Fed Ex must be a problem but company does not care. Its been 2 weeks without color and a replacement is sent 1st class?? Issue with tiered color, grey coverage.Sadly, greys are not totally covered and look sort of sparkly and orangy near my hairline. I love the concept of salon coloring at home, and I take some responsibility for my lack of experience and skill with hair color application, but I am evaluating if the product is right for me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Tough on hairStuff smells like the stuff my mom used in the 90's. I was overwhelmed. Burn my hair and broke some off. I have a lot thinner hair now. Color was not the choice i picked.
