Good quality but not my colour :(Love this product for its brilliant packaging, everything personalised and the quality of the dye. My only issue is the colour didn’t come out as I had planned. Hate itI just used my color ordered on June 5 . An I HATE IT. The 2 step process makes me look like I dipped my hair into red kool aid. I can't say how strongly I hate how it looks. Seemed to be a different colorThe color I got this time was darker and had less red in it. When I mixed it it did not look anywhere near the same as the previous colors I have been sent. Doesn’t cover templesYour product color is very nice however it does not stay on your head very long and within days the grey by my temples are exposed. I actually have much better coverage with clairol root rescue. Sorry to say , I want to like your product but it just doesn’t cover grey well and fades easy 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
