The color is pretty good, but...The color is pretty close to what I want, but for the price, I would like it if they actually included two pairs of gloves like the packaging states. Didn't work at allMaybe my colour was too dark? I don't know... But I followed all the instructions and nothing changed. It looked brown when I put it on, but the colour rinsed right out when I did the 3-5 min rinse thing. The package was delayed for a month, so maybe the contents lost their effectiveness. I'm mostly disappointed because I had great customer support through out the whole process and really wanted this to work. I guess this would work better if going from light to dark hair.
