Bad product and customer service.I have dark brown hair. I went through the entire process with this company so that they could customize my hair color. When I applied their customized formula I noticed it was a bright red. My results were a bright red roots because if my new growth and the rest of my hair remained dark. Color was just okI ordered light brown with ash/neutralizer as my hair had multiple layers of regrowth, old salon color, and old ombré. The color is much darker then I expected and I still have red undertones in my regrowth which clash with the old salon color.
