Hair Color NightmareBuyer Beware!! I used this hair color for over a year and didn’t correlate the use of this to all my hair loss and thinning hair until just recently. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Poor matchMy color was for my roots, and the results were not even close. The color came out brassy, and so light red/blonde color. I am very unhappy with their "color matching." Didn’t match color and didn’t cover graySadly I have to give my color a thumbs down. The color didn’t match at all. My hair is so dark it’s almost black. The dark brown that was used as my color looked more of light to medium brown color. My gray roots didn’t absorb the color either. So, currently I have dark hair with roots that are light.
