Turned my ash blonde hair RED! Good customer service.Requested ash or cool toned blonde and it made my hair strawberry colored! Called customer support and they sent me a correction kit at no charge, saying that I must process "warm". The new kit just maintained the red tone and didn't help. After two tries, I'm done, Always been an ash or cool toned medium blonde & in my experience they cannot provide a product for that color. Customer service is good. Didn't work for my hairEven though I followed the instructions perfectly, my hair ended up being the exact same colour it was before. My hair also has a frizzy and dry texture now.
