Color did nothing for me.I filled out the details saying I wanted to lighten my hair, sent a photo, followed the instructions, what I got was pretty much no change in hair color at all. Dark Blonde Not :(So not happy with my hair color at all custom color was suppose to be a dark blonde...no blonde at all came out a horrible light blah brown. Turned my ash blonde hair RED! Good customer service.Requested ash or cool toned blonde and it made my hair strawberry colored! Called customer support and they sent me a correction kit at no charge, saying that I must process "warm". The new kit just maintained the red tone and didn't help. After two tries, I'm done, Always been an ash or cool toned medium blonde & in my experience they cannot provide a product for that color. Customer service is good.
