not best gray coveragethe reason I am giving only 3 stars is because i was not completely satisfy with the gray coverage and also I want to go lighter since i started with a bleach light color and the first color I used make it really dark. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Horrible shade of brown that looks hideous with my skintoneI requested a medium bling and sent two photos. The color that arrived was called dark blonde but was truly a mousy Orange 🍊 brown that doesn’t match my ski tone in any way. This product is not anywhere near the product advertised. I feel conned and ugly with this color. I’ve now spent another $40 to get a better product to remove this color. Even the toner as a bust. HorribleTheir customer color is not really custom made. I requested so many times that color choice I picked from given colors first time i placed order is not able to cover my grays. Not enoughI love the packaging & color but I’d say my hair length is about 18” & there was not enough to get all of my ends. I’ve been dying my own hair at home for 6 years now so it’s not that I don’t know how to ration the product onto the hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Will not use again.I used my order during COVID. It did not cover my gray well and after a few days it was turning orange fast. I called and they said that you need to use it within 6 months (it was 8 months). And nothing more. No offer to help with my hair. No offer to discount a new order. I was not told nor saw an "expiration date" on the product. Will not use again. Glad my salon opened again.
