Great packaging and productOverall, I am impressed with the quality of the products and the package. However, the color I got was not exactly what I was hoping for. I was wanting to bring my hair color back to one solid color and hide my red tones. Some parts of my hair look good, but some areas are still red/brown. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not what I wantedI didn’t get what I asked for. I think I was clear about my goals, however, I was very disappointed with the outcome after using your product. I wanted red. Red not pink - Not pinkish red. Just red, like natural red color that actually grows out of a person’s head. What I got was brown. Now that it’s almost time to color again, it’s faded off to something I can stand. Brown with some golden highlights. I can’t recommend your product or services because I emailed directly with a stylist, went with her recommendations and was still disappointed in the end. Custom volorDon’t know if this time I will pull it thru for 2-3 min mixed with water. Maybe just one minute or skip a turn. A little too dark at first. Better after 2-3 washes. Think 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

God but expensiveThe gray coverage is good, not sure if it’s any better than what I can buy at the store. Most of us used a coupon and got the 1st order for $10 then it jumps up to $29 including $5.95 for shipping. I do not enjoy coloring my own hair so for that price it’s not worth it.
