Not so good on covering the gray...I was a bit disappointed after shampooing my color application.“touch-up”, that the coverage on the grays wasn’t that great. The color itself was, I believe, good, but after leaving it on for a good 40 minutes (actually 10 minutes more than was recommended) I still saw gray strands??? OrangeI am so incredibly disappointed with this color. The root and end colors were so different that you can visually see the difference. Both the roots and ends are very orange. The end color looks like a pumpkin. My son actually asked me if I did my hair for Halloween. This is not ok and I have no idea how to fix it 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color did not takeThe color was not even close to what was promised. I did everything exactly as directed and somehow my roots, which were done first, took zero color. The rest of my hair ended up black without any of the tint I wanted. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Be carefulBe really careful when making your 1st order. They have it set up on a month by month payment thing. So even if you don't need or want another hair dye, one is shipped to you and they take £18 out your bank to pay for it. Too darkIt's not what I was going for. I feel as tho it's too dark and just an odd blend. I did recieve a compliment,stating it was a pretty brown but I'm not convinced. I realize ordering online,only sending one picture, may be a challenge achieving a satisfying color but I'm sure its attainable. my color is ruinedI finally tried this, it took so long to receive my kit that i bought my regular kit and used it. I'm so disappointed! it suppose to be light golden brown, even i sent a picture of my hair color, now my hair it's a lot darker, nothing to do with the color i use to wear and not even covered my grays.
