Ordering New ColorThe color I ordered the first time was good, and looked as I expected. However, I don't understand why I need to send a note if I want to change my color. Why can't I just go back to the color chart and make my own adjustment without "sending a note" to someone? If I could get back to the color chart and see what I ordered last, I could figure it out from there. But since this is not an option I will likely never buy this product again. ExhaustedThis was a first color so recommended process was all over roots first followed by all over color. I am 58, have arthritis, and Iive in a small apt with 2 cats so Took about 20 min to get prepared, old t shirt, old towels, space for kit etc, cats away, etc. I have long hair. Applied root color without much difficulty. Unfortunately removed gloves before the processing was finished so had to put them on again for all over. Not easy. The final step in the shower is a total mess. Color goes everywhere. Took what seemed like forever to get color out of hair and then I had to clean the bathroom! As I said I have cats and can’t risk them getting this on their paws, licking them and getting sick because I didn’t want to live with gray root. As for the color and coverage, it’s fine. Hair doesn’t feel as nourished as when I leave the salon though. Doubt I will do this on a regular basis 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Liked itI loved the color!!! But my red came through after a few weeks, and since I have a lot of hair there wasn't enough to cover my whole head thoroughly. Not what I wantedNot sure if I chose the wrong color based on bad representation pictures or what!?. I believed I had ordered light brown with a bit of mahogany. I even left directions that I did not want an unnatural color, and that I would rather have more brown than the mahogany Color. What I got was ghoulish mahogany. Straight up mahogany!! No brown undertones at all. In the sunlight it was purple! I feel I could have done better with box color. Once ordering the color, you could not look back to review your choice.
