Problens with MixturesColor was great. Had an awful time with air in the bottles of the two color mixtures. The cream solutions both had air bubbles in them. This caused mixing issues. Dark brown or black?I usually if not ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience and I will continue to recommend people to Esalon.... BUT I did ask to go back to dark brown. I know this, my hair is black. It is not dark brown. Like it look almost jet black! I have to leave it in because my next alternative is to go get it professionally stripped out. My hair would be so fried if I did that. So I'll leave it but I'm so disappointed! If I wanted black hair I would have asked for black.
