2 weeks later and my greys are visibleOriginally I was super happy with the results but after 2 weeks and 1 day (approximately 5 washes) my greys are back 😔 I don’t understand because I followed the directions and the coverage was good initially. Did't work for meI was so excited to color my hair and see new changes. unfortunately, this is not for me cuz I don't see any color change to my hair. My hair still looks the same. Apart from the disappointment of the expected result, I love it's the smell and the quality of all the products. Could be betterThis was my second time using e-color. The first time my color was great. This time, the color was ok and I was still left with all the greys at the top of my crown. No thanksWanting to try this during Covid I was sorely disappointed. I asked to speak with a colorist before ordering and was told I had to place an order first. Ok. After placing my order with the exact color levels my stylist uses with the exact ratio and submitting a photo I reached out to a colorist. I was assured there would be no problem. I was notified of my color formulation and the ratio was off with too much brown. I called again. I have red hair and they were sending me 75% brown and 25% red. The colorist I spoke with exclaimed, "oh, you want it more red". Did anyone look at my pic or read my requests? I tried the color anyway as I was desperate. Thank God I only colored a small test piece. Mud brown with no gray coverage. My hair would have been ruined with no way to get to my salon and have color correction, let alone the damage done to my hair. I made another call. Gray rootsI applied the color as per instructions. It looked good I was so happy to color my gray roots .... but after just two washings the color washed out !!! My roots were a color I couldn’t tell you what it was . This was the second time this happened. The first time I sent a message with my concern stating the roots aren’t holding the color and they changed my formula. But it happened again . DisappointedUsually have my hair done by a stylist, but because of Covid, haven’t been to get hair done. The first time, I did my hair, I used a different brand, and it turned out ok, except missed a few areas. This time tried e-salon....I did not like the smell of this dye. YikesThanks for turning me from Blonde to RED! I have emails countless times asking for my subscription to stop and I still keep receiving this.
