Product is expensiveThe color, first off, is great. Very solid quality and considerable to salons. But when i first asked for a second bottle the initial time I used the product I barely had enough to finish my hair. When I requested 2 bottle the second time the price was 34 dollars for both. Disappointed with the colour changeDear All, since quite some time I am disappointed with my colour. As aging the ordered colour is too dark and therefore it makes me look much older. Texting with my colourist has not been very helpfull. I stuck with the colour "dark brown 20 gold" sometimes like that, sometimes with the remark "lighter". The change is hardly to see.. When I explained in texting..., that the colour is too dark, I get the respond : other is not possible. Why? I dont understand that. You marketing with the image you would mix the colour everytime individually (btw: who buys that?) nevertheless it is not possible to adopt my colour to my needs. Here is what I need: an overview of brown colours possible! please send it to me or put it up on your page. Are you only offering dark brown? no so please give me some options to choose. I had ( 2019?) received once the proper colour, but the order history doesn ´t show. Please step into that and help me to get my truely individuall brown with a golden shimmer as requestetd ( or as advertized). ~The Silver SlayerI’ve never heard of eSalon before my dear friend heard me complaining that my silver strands that now highlight my hair, would not hold over the counter color. She told me to try this product. She assured me that I would love it. My friend was right. eSalon was able to hide that silver that was glistening in my hair. The only complaint that I have with the product was it was a wee bit dark for my liking. That being said, I am certain it was due to me choosing the wrong hair coloring initially. I sent in a new photo of myself from the summer. I do hope that the hair specialist can match the color of my summer hair better than I could choose for myself. Either way, I am completely done with using over the counter color. I am now a eSalon gal! Thank you so much for helping me hide my well earned silver! Women NEVER looked distinguished. Light brown from esalon is a dark-black colorFor my initial order I selected a dark brown color with ash tone. When I applied it to my colored hair which at that time was a medium-light brown color, my hair turn out black. I contacted my colorist and she suggested to just let it fall out with the washes or to apply a hair color remover. I applied the color remover as I hated how the black color looked on me. Once the black color was out, I contacted my colorist to get a lighter brown color. I applied the light brown to my hair and to my surprise it was another black color. Now my hair is dry and black. I hate it so much, but I am not going to put it through another color remover treatment. I am not sure if esalon knows what a light brown color looks like or if the colorist just didn’t give me the right color. Either way, I cancelled the service as I had the worst luck ever 😭 I will upload a pic of my dark hair but I don’t see an option here. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Still not happy with the tone/shine color of my hairIn the light (daylight or fluorescent) it shines tawny with almost a yellow tone. I am still hoping for a colde, almost blue-ish tone, more purple.
