Left my hair extremely dryMy roots are darker than my ends, so I was hoping this would help even it out by darkening my ends but after I completed the process I immediately noticed my roots were still darker which was disappointing. It literally made zero change to my hair!I just used my first order. My hair has been a dark brown and I chose a dark auburn hair color. Not quite rightThis color never took. The color smelled differently and was watery. I’m thinking either they changed a product or I got a bad batch.
