I'd rather go to the salon!I ordered a dark copper color to cover my grey, my highlights and be somewhat of a decent match to same level of darkness as my natural hair color. My order was changed because the personal colorist thought it would be too dark for me. They sent me the light copper which, unfortunately, did not cover my highlights and is far more brown than my natural color. My haircolorLast shipment color I rinsed the color out it did not cover my grays at all it was a total waste of my money. I am very disappointed . Afraid that the box I have coming is not going to cover my grays again . I contacted my colorist asking her to fix the grey coverage but if it does not work this time I will request a refund and cancel with you and I have been with you for years . 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Washed out very quickThe colour was beautiful when it first went on, couldn't get it to rinse clear but not surprised as it was a red colour. After 1 wash my ends were pink and very faded, not sure if the end colour was a semi permanent instead or a permanent but it didn't last long. I had a light warm brown underneath so was surprised to see it fade so quickly, have now recoloured with a semi permanent brown so only had the esalon colour for a week 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. New colorWas expecting more redish color. Brown mahogany. Sounded reddish brown to me. Absolutely no red to my color and although it did cover my grey in my main area... it didnt cover the grey on my temples. Very disappointed:( 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

DissatisfiedThe color I received the last 3 times, despite my requests to adjust to a more blonde instead of red, was awful. I am canceling due to being dissatisfied with the results. Orange Streaky Hair !!I was shocked by the outcome of your hair coloring. I also sent in another hair review that has all the details. I believe the coloring I wanted was Dark Blonde Cooper with ends refresher. Lets go with that. However I still feel I should receive some kind of adjustment in price for this major mistake.
