Ehhhh noI asked for a copper red color because I wanted to go back to my natural hair color. Nope first box it was half an amazing red half ash greenish blonde. Box to correct it all it’s brown. Spots of reddish hair but brown. Copper is what I asked for!! Seriously though I kept saying I wanted red hair but nope it’s brown. Really not sure if I’m going to keep this company because I’m not going to get what I from it when I can go to the store or even amazon and get closer to what I want than this. And considering when I was talking to someone through email they told me that hair dye doesn’t lift color I’m not sure I want to stick with them not knowing that is literally what hair dye does. good overall but not so good on grey around face.I really liked the color but it didn't color my grey around my face. I treated the grey longer than instructed but that still didn't work. Did not like the color at allSo I opted for a chocolate color and my hair is so much more lighter. It was not a deep brown color at all my roots look different from my whole color did not like it at all 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

2nd timeWell the 1st color I received did an amazing job. Great color easy instructions. This 2nd order again easy instructions, but the color didn't seem to "stick" as well. The gray areas were lighter and after a few weeks I need to color again...will try again but hope for better results. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very brassyAfter 3 attempts and multiple promises from “stylists” I’m still left with brassy orange hair... I noted at the very first attempt that I DO NOT want any orange/brassy colors even after sending a picture of my natural hair color I was assured that my chosen color wouldn’t be brassy... Unfortunately that was not the case, so I ordered another and communicated with the so called stylist which recommended I purchase the light color set highlights as well, so I did and I still received super brassy color with bright highlights *sigh* upon requesting to cancel they offered me a free color and was assured again that if I chose a bit darker color I would eliminate the brassy color, so I did and I STILL HAVE BRASSY/ORANGE BLONDE HAIR!
