Feel unheardI have repeatedly said that my hair is more of an ash color. I have a lot of ash in my hair. But every time I get a color set from here, I end up with extremely brassy/reddish color in my hair. I will say I got a bit better gray coverage than last time, but am no where NEAR my normal color. Given the better gray coverage, I'm happier than the first time I tried this but wish I could get this colorist to hear what I'm saying because I don't want to be a redhead. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My hair didn’t change not even a little.I didn’t like this at all. My hair had no change, even when they told me it was going to be two tones lighter than my natural hair.
