Turned my hair BLACKI followed the instructions meticulously and the end results was black hair. OMG, I was very disappointed. I was traveling out the town the next day to see family and had to figure something out. Had to go on line to find a remedy to lighen my hair. Way too dark, looks blackTurned my hair black. Tried 5 washes to see if color would lessen but it hasn’t. Going to try a color remover. Possibly a visit to the salon to fix. Not HappyI thought this was going to be grey coverage, it was not. The color wasn't dark at all and just looked like a my natural hair color. I was trying for a much darker tone. Slightly disappointedThis color turned out very brassy despite my following the instructions to a T. It also didn’t cover up my grays. It would be perfect without the brass and if it covered my gray. Very disappointed!I used the colour yesterday and emailed you my disappointment with photos of the result! I am mortified the colour is so dark after sending in a picture and having a consultation....I only left the colour on for 6 minutes because I could see how dark the colour was! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
