Did not colour my greyI coloured my roots last night and I'm so disappointed with the results.Im still grey. I have used this product several times before and always had great results, so not sure what has happened this time as I follow the instructions to the letter. I emailed the Company but had a reply stating next time I order my colour they will change the formula so the grey will be covered,but I'm not happy about that as I stated in the questionnaire that may main concern was covering my grey. I won't be ordering any more products from e salon. I was prepared to pay a lot more than other hair colouring products because of the quality however I am extremely disappointed with the results so will not be re ordering 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did not cover greysDisappointed. Took many weeks to arrive so ended up buying drugstore colour instead due to timing. Then once I used this product it did not cover grey very well at all. Great colorEasy to use and ALL needed items have been provided. Gave only 3 stars because product was too drying on my hair!! Limited gray coverageI really enjoyed the supplies that the kit produced - the consistency of dye, the multiple pairs of gloves, the stain guard, and the stain removal pad. However it is did not cover my gray at the roots like I had requested. This was extremely problematic for me as a first time customer, long time hair colorist. I was really disappointed as I was excited by the promise of gray coverage provided by the manufacturer as well as the spokesperson Brad Mondo. I did like the actual color that stood on the rest of my heart. It is a softer black which I appreciated.
