Medium blonde turned my hair orangeI asked to tune out the red/orange/brassiness of my current color and my roots are now orange! The rest of the color turned out more of a medium blonde (the second bottle of color only left on for 5 minutes per instructions) but the “root” bottle failed miserably. Hair colourHi ordered dark blonde it turned out ginger when I contacted esalon all they could say was they can let me talk to someone that wasn't going to fix my hair not once did they offer a refund absolutely disgusting i will never order again from esalon cannot be trusted but they are quick enough to take your money but do not ever offer a full refund I have been left looking like an orange that has had to much sunbed 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. ColorThe color I received with this order appears to be the same as my first order. However, this time I wanted blue so that there could be clear blue highlights by coloring my grays. However, the color I got doesn't really appear to have any blue in it, it just looks black.
