Do NOT BuyI was impressed when I received my order as it came nicely packaged. I took a test strand and applied the product for 30 minutes. When I washed it out, the strand was orange and brassy. I made it clear to the colorist that there was no existing color in my hair and that I did not want any brassiness. I even purchased a toner. Anyway the color was brutal. I was not given the opportunity to receive a refund when I sent pictures of the strand test. I was immediately told that the color I bought would be modified. I received the new order and performed a strand test. This time, the color went on like purple and when I washed it out, it was a darker brass. When I reached out to the company for a refund, I was advised that since I had received their complimentary reformulation, they are unable to issue a refund for the order. Per their satisfaction guarantee, they offer a complimentary reformulation or a refund. (This explains the quick response to my email with no option of a refund). Didn't completely cover :-(For some reason the hair color didn't cover evenly. I followed the instructions. I timed the roots for 15 minutes, then finished the application and left it on for the recommended 5 minutes. Not sure if I should I have left it longer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Light Brown Custom Made ColourThe box arrived with instructions very nicely. However, when ordering I indicated that I wanted to get rid of the red tone in my hair and when I added the colour it just did the same. Sadly disappointedWas excited about this colour opportunity at home and enthusiastically recruited my wife to assist with colouring. Root colour was nice, not a huge amount of colour definition but enough, a nice colour and credit to the wife for doing a decent root stretch. Ends colour, poor. It's given a warmer tone but not the colour I wanted at all, it's barely noticeable and my hair feels dry to boot. Generally disappointed and not sure I'll order again in all honesty. Will not use againSince I used this product my hair has been breaking off and falling out. I was not very satisfied with the color but losing my hair is a lot more upsetting than not getting exactly the color I wanted. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
