I wanted blonde I got brunette with redTerrible product, I got a totally wrong product from blonde to brown/red then after several washed went dark bright ginger. I contacted Esalon to be told to get rid of the red I would have to go darker again ! terrible terrible customer service staff had no idea at all and I also got a reply in French not English. Colour not what expectedReally didn’t have an option of the colour wasn’t what I expected I would have loved it to be darker and richer . Not happyI've been with you guys for almost a year. My last order was sopost to have a dark brown with a cherry red look to it. It just looks brown and has no red to it. The box also came almost destroyed in My mail box on the very last day it could have been expected. Normally my colour looks great. The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. I send pictures to my colourist so if they knew the colour I chose is the same colour as my current one they should have told me or advised me I guess:( I don’t want to be that customer but I was left very disappointed with the outcome. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it.
