No advice or contact from stylistI was a bit disappointed in the overall service, I have troublesome hair and chose ESalon as I thought it would be the next best thing to a salon during lockdown, however, I was never contacted by anyone and my colour was sent out with no real consultation which I thought was part of the service. The box sent was lovely with clear instructions and my colour seems even which is tricky with my roots but I’m not sure it’s any better than a shop bought dye if I’m honest. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not satisfiedI was looking for a light ash brown, dark ash blonde. My color turned out too dark and ORANGE, golden/brassy. I even used the toner rinse. This is the WORST hair color I have ever used. I didn’t even have enough color to saturate like I would’ve liked. I’ve honestly got better results with box colors. It didn't even really color my gray. The more I look at it, the worse I feel! This is going to be expensive and time consuming to fix. Never ever again would I use this brand.I would upload a pic to show how awful it looks but I don't have the option. Good original color, doesn't lastI've been dying my own hair for years, with a variety of products. The color this product achieves is great. However, I would place it more in "semi-permanent." no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING.
