Total disasterI’ve ordered dark brown with golden undertones... I followed the instructions precisely and what I’ve got is a pure black helmet. I wanted to cover my greys, this didn’t happen either. Not the color I orderedMy hair is a dark blonde, and I wanted to go lighter so I ordered a medium blonde specifically asking to go lighter off the photos I sent in. I was disappointed when I tested the color on my hair and it turned darker! It was not at all the color that was shown on the description. Dislike for the dye did not cover greyI requested grey coverage but the dye did not change or cover my grey at all. Great color...except for the rootsThe overall color turned out gorgeous, and while my roots darkened they did NOT turn black, so there is still a harsh delineation between my roots and the original black color that was applied before I this eSalon color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Drying muddy colorUsing salon color safe shampoo and cold water the color almost completely washed out and what was left was a muddy color. The color is unevenAt first I thought the color was great. But after two or three washes I noticed I had spots of lighter color in my hair that I absolutely know I covered with great care with the color they gave me.
