Not covering my greys anymoreThis was my 3rd colour and unfortunately, I have decided not to order again as the colour fades off my grey hair in 2 to 3 weeks. colour the grey rootsThe first time I bought the colour it worked really well but the most recent application did not work so good. I only want to cover the grey which it did but for only a week whereas the previous time it lasted much longer. Maybe I should leave it on for longer than 15 minutes? Unsatisfied with colorThe color I requested did not come out the way I expected and din't cover my roots every well at all. Waste of timeI coloured my hair with a copper brown. I started with a couple of greys and my hair is a medium brown. After following the instructions to the letter I still have medium brown hair that has a cheap red tinge in the sun but is still brown in every other way except for the greys that are still visible. Still too darkThis time I did my roots first for 40 minutes and then the rest for 5-10 minutes. It covered my roots really well, but the rest of my hair came out too dark.
