outcomeHello, I am very disappointed with the outcome. I followed instructions and had previously indicated I needed gray coverage. I also have very fine hair so I have to wait to re-dye it. Not greatI really liked how the product was packaged and the detailed instructions made it easy to know how to apply. Unfortunately, even following the directions exactly, the root color is Not in anyway a dark blonde , more a medium blonde and looks nothing like the color choice I made online. The Color is BeautifulThe color is beautiful but it doesn’t last long at all. No matter how long I leave the dye in or how much I saturated my hair while coloring the color bleeds out almost instantly. Very disappointed. Gray Hair Still ShowingThis is my 2nd time ordering your hair color and unfortunately again, I'm disappointed. I just finished coloring my hair specifically adhering to the directions and my gray hair is still showing up. I understand that not all of them would be covered, but at least a high percentage of them according to your advertising. Now I have to spend more money on either another product or at the salon.
