Color is too darkI would recommend esalon team can reach out to their customers before customizing their colour products . I would like to get my hair colour a little bit lighter this time but I just only got the colour for touching up my root and refreshing my hair colour with dark brown colour :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Very mismatched results!I've loved Esalon before, but this did not work for me at all! The 2 bottles I received didn't blend well before so I was left with a glaring Ombre result. Hair LossThis product was very harsh on my hair. It caused my hair to become dry and to fall out. I would not recommend esalon or their products. I have used many different types of hair coloring systems in the past, and this one was the worst. I have never experienced as much hair damage and hair loss as I have with esalon products. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Not a great colourOrder number 3 and even after providing photos, plus going into a lengthy description of the colour i needed, they were still not able to provide the colour I wanted. Wrong color for meMy colorist at E-salon has been wonderful to work with me to get the right color. The last mixture did not cover my gray and changed my hair color to anything but strawberry blonde as I requested. My roots Aint what they were in my 1st colourMy daughter put my color on perfectly like she did each time. I was unhappy and disappointed to see that the color wasn't the same as the 1st time. it was brassy and had an orangey red tone. The 1st time you sent my color it was totally amazing. I could not get over how my hair looked exactly like my real color. I couldn't tell the difference from my roots to my hair. I was in shock and absolutely loved your product. But when my daughter was done doing my hair this time you could tell Immediately that it did not match 😭 the original hair color that you made for me And my hair color 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
