Didn't deliverI colored my hair and followed instructions as indicated in package; however, the greys were not really well covered. I still had grey hairs that didn't take the color and some that were more like reddish then dark brown. So the claim that covers the greys is not accurately true. I really wanted to love it!I loved the process, packaging, instructions, ease of use….ALL of it… BUT, the entire purpose was to cover my gray hair. It didn’t cover them, at all. I wish it had worked! Not impressedI used the separate roots and ends colours as instructed and now my roots and ends are different colours. Roots are really purply red and I was aiming for auburn. The ends aren't really the colour I was hoping for either. My hair is dark so I'm not expecting a drastic change but it's just got a vague coppery tint which I don't really like. Having the two different colour bottles made it a total faff in my opinion - I'm used to normal, single bottle at home hair dye which I find far easier to apply - and I won't be purchasing again. Not for me!This colour system just did not suit my hair. My hair is straight and silky. While I was putting this colour on, I could feel it drying my hair out, it felt like straw. I thought it would get better when I washed it out and conditioned it but it didn’t. My shine was gone, my hair was dull and flat. It took a month of washing my hair every day to get my shine back. PlanI’ve asked twice to be taken off of this plan and they still haven’t done it. I’ve emailed and called and they said they would do it but they haven’t and they are still taking money out of my account! They also don’t pay me back for my shipping which is £5 each time so all together i’ve lost £10 on shipping and another £20 on this stupid hair dye! Great colour serviceUnfortunately I only gave my colour three stars as I think I waited to long to decide to colour my hair and the colour did not take well at all on my roots. The product is easy to use, packaged beautifully but just did not work on my way too long over due colour, still would recommend it but I will wait until COVID allows my hairdresser to reopen to redo my colour, just don’t want to go to the expense for something that won’t work at this stage on my hair nor risk further damage with another colouring session at home. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
